History of IMC
Idaho Men's Connection, formerly known as Idaho Man In The Mirror, began in 2007 answering the call
of Man In The Mirror to help fulfill the need in local churches specific to Southern Idaho with an intentional,
sustainable, and proven method of doing men's ministry. Our vision is to "bring a credible
offer of Jesus Christ to every man in Southern Idaho with the resources to grow to maturity as a fully discipled man
through the ministry and leadership of the local church."
The first men's leaders' workshop was held in the fall of 2007 with 15 men in attendance. The introduction
of the "No Man Left Behind" model of men's ministry was presented as an intentional process to
launch and sustain men's ministries and continues to serve men's leaders in the Treasure Valley. The workshop,
now known as "Reaching Every Man" is available to pastors, men's leaders,
and men's leadership teams. A no cost coaching session is included with the workshop to help launch the model
at your church site. "Reaching Every Man" workshops are available for scheduling
at anytime at your church. There will be a Treasure Valley wide workshop held at Mission Aviation Fellowship in October, after
the ISI conference.
